Sports Bible Trivia LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) builds the Sports Bible Trivia family of apps and games, including Baseball Bible Trivia. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

To play our apps, you may be asked to sign in. Depending on the method you choose:

• Sign in with Apple: We receive your name and a unique account identifier from Apple. Apple may share your email address on your first sign-in; you can choose to hide it.
• Sign in with Google: We receive your name and email address from Google.
• Sign in with Email: We collect the email address you enter. Your password is never stored; it is used only to generate a local identifier on your device and is immediately discarded.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera, or health data.

How We Use Your Information

We use your sign-in information solely to identify your account across sessions so your scores and preferences are saved. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to any server we operate:

• Your account identity (name, email address, sign-in method)
• Your personal best scores, including Minor League scores
• Sound and display preferences

No Online Leaderboards or Score Databases

Scores in our apps are stored only on your device. We do not operate leaderboard servers or score databases, and gameplay never leaves your phone. If you choose to share a score with a friend, it goes through Apple’s standard share sheet, and nothing is sent to us.

Subscriptions & Third-Party Processors

Our apps may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock content, such as the Major League Annual Pass in Baseball Bible Trivia ($2.99 per year). All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store, and we never see or store your payment information.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat receives your app user ID and transaction status from Apple. You can review RevenueCat’s privacy practices at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Children

Our apps, including Baseball Bible Trivia, are intended for users age 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app menu, which removes your locally stored data. Uninstalling an app also removes all local data from your device. There is no server-side data to delete, because we do not keep any.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected in a new effective date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
